RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

Provide your order number and email address or Phone Number under “Initiate Return” Tab.

Follow the instructions and select the product you want to return.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

15 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Product should be bought from www.tinyberg.com only.

Customer needs to provide Invoice for the same product.

Product return won't be accepted if it has exceeded 15 days than date of delivery.

Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

Please note : If you have availed the Engraving Baby Name facility while check out, such products are non returnable products.

 

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked with the help of customer care team. Once your order is shipped we can't cancel it. Incase your order is shipped and you still want to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery. For prepaid order; refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

There are no charges for return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return Request is received. Our Return Team inspects the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
