Refund Eligibility

You may return a product for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product Out of Stock: If a product you have purchased is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or out-of-stock notification.

Return Eligibility

You may return a product for a Refund (less Shipping Charges) under the following circumstances:

You can return products, and our team will inspect them. If the product is in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. However, the shipping charges incurred to deliver the order and the return shipping charges (calculated on an actual basis) will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Replacement Eligibility

You may be eligible for a replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that differs from your original order, we will replace it with the correct item.
  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, we will assess the situation and determine whether replacing a part can resolve the issue. If the product cannot be repaired or a part can’t be replaced, then, we will provide a complete replacement.

Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product via support@tinyberg.com or by phone at +91 93107 64186. You may also initiate a claim through our online portal. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos and videos of the defective product

Our team will review your request within 3-4 business days and communicate with you regarding the next steps. Once approved, we will send the necessary replacement part or entire new unit.

Additional Considerations

  • Shipping cost for return:  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Tinyberg's part (e.g., an incorrect or defective product). For customer-initiated returns, two shipping charges will apply: one for delivering the product to you and another for collecting the returned product. The total shipping cost for both will be communicated to you in advance.
  • Shipping cost for replacement: Customer has to pay shipping cost for returning the old product and shipping cost for delivering the new product as per actuals before request approval.
  • Product condition: Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
