WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranty Coverage

The warranty for the products listed below ("Product(s)") is provided to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The Company will replace or repair any product or part found to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Misuse or Improper Handling

    • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow the product's user manual (e.g., exceeding weight limits or failure to secure the product properly).

  2. Normal Wear and Tear

    • Wear resulting from regular use such as fading fabric, scratches, or general aging of components (e.g., worn-out straps, zippers, or wheels).

  3. Accidental or External Damage

    • Damage caused by accidents, drops, exposure to extreme weather (water, sun, dirt), or physical impact.

  4. Damage During Transit

    • Any damage that occurs while the product is in transit, whether shipping or transport by the customer.

  5. Unauthorized Modifications

    • Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than an authorized service center will void the warranty.


Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase for all applicable products. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to avail of the warranty service.


Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support

  2. Provide Required Information

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

    • Clear description, photographs, and videos of the defect.

  3. Inspection and Approval

    • Our customer service team will review the provided information and assess whether the issue is covered under warranty.

    • Upon approval, the Company will repair or replace the defective product or part.


Limitation of Liability

The Company reserves the sole right to determine whether a warranty claim will be honored. The warranty is non-discretionary, meaning the Company is not obligated to provide repairs or replacements unless the defect falls within the warranty terms.

The Company's obligation under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing or replacing the defective product or parts.

Important Note:
The Company will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to damages related to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.


Amendments to Warranty Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or remove any part of these warranty terms without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review the most current version of the warranty terms before initiating a claim.
